The figure connected to the sales department and collaborating with the current sales staff is responsable for improving the customer portfolio.
The position requires strong commercial skills and a solid technical preparation in the reference sector - construction / construction machinery / energy / crushing and screening plants - which will be provided through stimulating training courses during the first month of stay in the company.
Activities and responsibilities
• develop potential customers;
• implement the commercial policy in line with corporate guidelines and develop the main customers;
• assisting customers in identifying solutions suited to their needs;
• monitor the market by identifying new business opportunities.
• German mother tongue and fluent oral and written knowledge of at least one language between Italian and English
• Diploma in technical / electrotechnical expert;
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting and selling products with a technical content in the B2B segment.
• Proactive and intelligent approach accompanied by strong interpersonal and communication skills and a high level of problem solving skills;
• Habit of reasoning by objectives;
• Possession of driving license;
• indispensable availability to travel throughout the national territory for 80% of the working week.
